The ''G132'' class of torpedo boats was a group of large torpedo boats built for the German Imperial Navy (''Kaiserliche Marine'') in the early 20th century. They were part of the group of 48 ''Großes Torpedoboot 1898'' vessels which were ''Hochsee-Torpedoboot'' ("High seas torpedo boat") built to varying designs by Germaniawerft and Schichau. The class comprised five ships: ''G132'', ''G133'', ''G134'', ''G135'', and ''G136''. German torpedo boats were designated by shipbuilder; in the case of the ''G132'' class, the ships were all built by Germaniawerft in Kiel, as denoted by the "G".〔Gardiner and Gray (1984), p. 164〕 All five ships saw active service, and were scrapped after the end of World War I, in 1921. ==Armament== The first three ships of the class, ''G132'', ''G133'', and ''G134'', were equipped with four SK L/55 guns in single gun mounts. These guns fired a shell that weighed at a muzzle velocity of . The guns could elevate up to 20 degrees, at a maximum range of .〔Gardiner and Gray (1984), p. 140〕 The last two ships of the class were equipped with two of the 5.2 cm guns and one . The 8.8 cm gun fired a shell weighing at a muzzle velocity of .
